Shipping and Returns
Processing & Shipping: Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, U.S. deliveries take about 7–9 business days. We only ship within the U.S., charge a flat $4.99 shipping fee, and cannot deliver to military bases or multiple addresses. All prices include applicable taxes.
Order Changes: You can cancel or modify an order for free within six hours. After six hours and before shipment, requests may incur a fee of up to 10 % and changes may not be possible if production has started. Once the order ships, no changes can be made.
Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered and returned in their original packaging. We cover return shipping costs for products that are defective, incorrect or materially different; otherwise, the customer pays for return shipping.
Refunds: After we receive your return, please allow up to two business days for us to process the refund; it may take 10–15 days for the credit to appear in your account.
