Refund and Returns Policy
Cancel or Modify Your Order
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at contact@elvenfoot.com as soon as possible:
- Within 6Â hours: If your order has not yet entered production or shipping, cancellations or modifications are free of charge.
- After 6Â hours but before shipment: Your order may already be in production. We will try to accommodate your request; however, a fee of up to 10Â % of your order total may apply to cover costs already incurred.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified. Please follow the return instructions below instead.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for all of our products, whether they are made‑to‑order or held in stock. If your boots or sneakers don’t fit, differ from your expectations or you simply change your mind, you may return them for a full refund.
Because some of our footwear is produced on demand, we do not guarantee direct exchanges. The quickest way to obtain a different size or style is to return the original pair for a refund and place a new order. If inventory allows, we may be able to exchange sizes for stocked items; please contact us to check availability.
We will also issue a full refund and cover reasonable return shipping costs if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Examples include:
- The shoes arrive with significant damage.
- The style, design, size, material or colour is not what you ordered.
- You receive a different product from the one purchased.
- The product differs substantially from its description.
For returns due to buyer’s remorse (e.g. wrong size selection or a change of mind), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We can provide a prepaid return label upon request; using our label or another trackable and insured service will ensure your return is protected. If a return is lost or damaged despite following our recommended method, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you are not left without a refund.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, returned footwear must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be unworn and in new condition, with no signs of wear on the soles or uppers.
- No modifications or alterations have been made.
- Products are returned with all original packaging, tags and accessories.
- Minor cosmetic variations such as small glue marks, slight differences in colour shade or texture due to the manufacturing or shipping process do not affect performance and are not considered defects. However, significant flaws such as torn seams, detached soles or obvious damage will be treated as defects.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
How to Request a Return
- Email contact@elvenfoot.com within 30Â days of delivery. Include your order number, the reason for your return and, if applicable, photos documenting any issues.
- We will respond within 2–3 business days with a return authorization and detailed instructions. Please wait for this confirmation before sending your item back.
- Carefully package your shoes and ship them using the prepaid label we provide or another trackable and insured carrier. If the return is due to our error, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs. Otherwise, these costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Send us the tracking number so we can monitor the return. When using our prepaid label or a recommended service, we will assist with any issues that arise during transit.
Refund Processing
After receiving your return, please allow up to 2 business days for inspection and processing. We will send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 10–15 days for the credit to appear. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

Important Notes
- Our return policy is valid for 30Â days from the delivery date. After 30Â days we cannot accept returns.
- There are no restocking fees or hidden charges for returns. The only potential cost to the customer is return shipping if the return is not due to our error.
- We strongly recommend using the prepaid return label provided by us or another traceable and insured service. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged when shipped via untracked or uninsured methods.
