Order Handling Time

We normally need about 1 – 3 business days to get your products ready for dispatch. If you have not received a shipping notification yet, your order is still being prepared. Should any unusual delay occur, we will inform you via email.

After your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a message with a tracking number so you can follow the shipment.

Transit Time

The delivery times below are estimates. During busy seasons the arrival time may be longer:

Important: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

• At present we cannot ship to U.S. military bases. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• We do not ship to multiple addresses within the same order.

Tax

All listed prices already include any applicable sales tax. We remit this tax to the relevant authorities ourselves, so you pay exactly the price shown without any additional tax at checkout.

Shipping Delays

• If your parcel takes more than 30 days to reach you, we will refund the total amount of your order.
• If your package does not arrive in the expected timeframe, please submit an inquiry and we will respond within 12 hours. Thank you for your patience and support.
• If the tracking status shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your property as the package may be hidden. If you still cannot locate it, contact the carrier included in the shipping email. Should this still not resolve the issue, please get in touch with our support team at contact@elvenfoot.com.

NOTICE

WE ARE NOT LIABLE if a package cannot be delivered because of missing, incomplete or incorrect address details. Please make sure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at contact@elvenfoot.com. Because email support has a 48‑hour queue, if your order has already left our warehouse within 48 hours, we may not be able to make changes.
