Thank you for visiting ElvenFoot. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set forth the legally binding agreement between you and ElvenFoot governing your use of our website, products and services. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our services.
1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this site and purchase our products. You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. Specifically, you agree not to violate any applicable laws or regulations; provide inaccurate information; transmit malware; collect or harvest personal data of other users; spam, phish or defraud others through our site. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders or terminate accounts at our discretion when we believe a violation has occurred.
2. Information Accuracy and Changes
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our site is complete, accurate and current. Product descriptions, pricing, availability and shipping times may change as we update our catalogue or respond to supplier adjustments. Although we aim for accuracy, minor typographical errors or slight variations in colour or appearance may occur because of digital display settings or manufacturing differences. We commit to correcting any material errors promptly and, where appropriate, will contact you if an update affects your order. This approach helps ensure our product information remains trustworthy and compliant with marketplace requirements.
3. Products, Pricing and Orders
Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. Prices are subject to change without notice. We may limit the sales of our products to any person, household or geographic region and reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for legitimate reasons such as suspected fraud or violation of these Terms. When you place an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate billing, shipping and contact information. Sales taxes are not collected and shipping fees are displayed before you confirm your purchase.
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States, excluding U.S. military bases and multiple addresses within one order. Handling times are typically 1–3 business days. Estimated transit times for standard shipping are 7–9 business days, but may be longer during peak seasons. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not liable for packages that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses. If you provide incorrect information, contact us immediately; however, we may be unable to change an address once an order has shipped.
4. Order Cancellation
You may cancel or modify your order within six (6) hours of placing it at no additional cost, provided that production or shipping has not commenced. Between six hours and shipment, we will attempt to accommodate your request but reserve the right to charge a fee of up to ten percent (10Â %) of the order total to cover costs already incurred. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for all products, including made‑to‑order items, within thirty (30) days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact contact@elvenfoot.com within 30 days, providing your order number, reason for return and photos if applicable. We will issue a full refund and cover reasonable return shipping if the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or substantially different from its description. For returns due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size or change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping. Products must be unused, in new condition and returned with original packaging. Minor variations caused by manufacturing or transit are not considered defects.
Refunds are processed within two (2) business days of receiving your return. Depending on your payment provider, funds may take 10–15 days to appear in your account. If you do not receive your refund after this period, please contact us.
6. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect personal information (such as name, address, payment information) and device/usage data to fulfil orders, provide customer support, personalize your experience, improve our services, prevent fraud and, where permitted, send marketing communications. We may share data with trusted service providers (payment processors, shipping carriers, etc.) solely to perform services on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.
7. Miscellaneous
Our site may include access to third‑party tools and links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third‑party sites. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
